Peggy was born and raised in the Clinton area and is a graduate of Clinton and Siena College. She returned to the Clinton area in 1993 after residing in the Boston area for 12 years. She is married and has two children. Peggy was a retail buyer before joining the real estate field in 1996. Peggy is on the board of the Utica-Rome Board of Realtors. She is also active in the Clinton Central Schools Alumni Association
